CLG: Seeking shareholders’ approval for credit limit increase

Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (COTECLAND JSC) has announced the record date to determine a shareholder list for the purpose of consulting shareholders:

-         Ex-right date: December 24, 2012

-         Record date: December 26, 2012

-         Purpose: Cotecland JSC will consult shareholders about Cotecland’s credit limit increase at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) from 90 billion VND (Ninety billion dongs) to 450 billion VND (Four hundred and fifty billion dongs) to supplement Cotecland’s working capital for production and business activities, construction of Dong Nai Hospital - Phase 2 and implementation of other investment projects.

-         Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-         Time of implementation: from December 2012 to January 2013

-         Place of implementation: Shareholders please send ballots to Cotecland JSC: 10^th Floor, Cotec Building, 14 Nguyen Truong To, Ward 12, District 4, Hochiminh City.
