DHG: DHG Pharma continues to be franchised EUGICA trademark

DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHG Pharma) announced the franchise, production and distribution of EUGICA trademark between the Company and Mega Lifesciences Limited (Thailand) as follows:

-         The signing date of the agreement: December 12, 2012

-         DHG Pharma will continue to distribute EUGICA trademark for Mega Lifesciences Limited in two years (2013 – 2014), and continue to produce EUGICA products for Mega Lifesciences Limited in at least five years (2013 - 2017).
