PVR: PVR: Explanation for late information disclosure of Board Resolution

PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC explains the reason for late information disclosure of Board Resolution as follows:

Being the listed company, PVR always followed the information disclosure regulated by the law. However, on 19/11/2012, after the meeting of the Board about the change in human resource, the leaders of the company went on business so had not signed and announced the Resolution.
