PGSC: Announcement of New BOD Chairperson

According to Resolution No.04/2012/NQ-HDQT dated December 17, 2012 by the Board of Directors, Phu Gia Securities Corporation (PGSC) elected Ms. Tran Duong Ngoc Thao to replace Nguyen Quang Trung as Chairwoman for term 2010-2015, effective from December 17, 2012.
