LCG: Licogi 16 transfers stake in NIDIC

LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company holds 45% stake of 8,437,500 common shares of Nghi Son Investment & Development Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (NIDIC). However, to restructure capital resources, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 on December 15 approved the transfer of 7,500,000 shares in NIDIC at a transfer price not less than VND10,000/share.
