TET: Explanation for change in operating result in Quarter 3/2012
According to the consolidated financial statement Quarter 3/2012, the profit after tax changes more than 10% year on year. On 20/11/2012, Northern Textiles and Garments JSC explained the change in operating result as follows:

- Because
of the financial crisis and changes in Government policies, increase in
material cost, and other expenses such as social insurance, health insurance,
unemployment insurance, the profit decreased.
- The
rental of the holding company increased, as in Quarter III/2011 was VND
850,603,242, Quarter III/2012 was VND 2,005,944,323, increased by VND
1,155,341,081, led to a decrease in profit after tax of VND 901,116,774.
- The
profit after tax of the subsidiary company in Quarter III/2012 decreased year
on year by VND 124, 591,719 ( Quarter III/2011 gained VND 30,698,308, Quarter
III/2012 lost VND 93,894,411) led to the profit after tax in the consolidated
financial statement decreased by VND 1,025,708,493.
