VCG: Explanation for change in profit before tax in Quarter 3/2012
According to the consolidated financial statement Quarter 3/2012, the profit after tax of the company changes more than 10% year on year. On 14/11/2012, Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex., JSC) explained the change in operating result as follows:
According to the consolidated financial statement Quarter 3/2012, the profit after tax of the first 09 months was – VND 3.75 billion, decreased by 308.09 billion year on year. The company reported to State Securities Commission and Hanoi Stock Exchange and Shareholders the reason for change in the consolidated operating result in the first 09 months 2012 year on year was because the profit after tax from the operation of the holding company decreased VND 78.86 billion and the profit after tax of some subsidiaries company decreased VND 172.7 as below:
