PPP: Explanation for change in operating result in Quarter 3/2012

According to the consolidated financial statement Quarter 3/2012, the profit after tax of Quarter 3/2012 changes more than 10% year on year. Phong Phu Pharmaceutical JSC explained the change in profit after tax as follows:

Profit after tax Quarter III/2011: VND 565,655,579

Profit after tax Quarter III/2012: VND 391,243,700

The profit after tax decreased VND 174,411,879 (as 30.83%) because of these reasons:

During the last stage of preparation for the new factory, the administrative fee increased. Because the new factory had not start to operate officially but the raised expenses affected the operating result of the company.
