DXV: The record date for the 2011 dividend payment

On November 30, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.953/2012/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date for dividend payment of Da Nang Contruction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: DXV) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: December 12, 2012

-         Record date: December 14, 2012

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividends for the year 2011.

-         Exercise date: 6.5%/share (VND650 for 01 share)

-         Date of payment: December 27, 2012

-         Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Da Nang Contruction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (15 Le Hong Phong, Hai Chau, Da Nang) as from December 27, 2012.
