SBC: The record date for the 2012 interim dividend payment

On November 30, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.954/2012/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date for the interim dividend payment of 2012 of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBC) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: December 10, 2012

-         Record date: December 12, 2012

-         Purpose: to pay interims dividends for the year 2012.

-         Exercise date: 20%/share (VND2,000 for 01 share)

-         Date of payment: December 20, 2012

-         Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (242 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh, Hochiminh City) as from December 20, 2012.
