LBM: The record date for final dividend 2011 & interim dividend 2012

On November 29, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.950/2012/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date to close shareholder list of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company:

-         Ex-right date: December 10, 2012

-         Record date: December 12, 2012

-         Purpose: to pay the remaining dividends of 2011 (2%/share) and interim dividends of 2012 (8%/share) in cash.

-         Exercise ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000/share)

-         Date of payment: December 25, 2012

-         Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company (17B Phu Dong Thien Vuong, Ward 8, Da Lat City) as of December 25, 2012.
