SDT: Board Resolution on dividend payment 2011 in cash

Song Da No 10 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/11/2012 as follows:

Record date for Dividend payment 2011 in cash:

- Exercise rate: 18% (shareholders will receive VND1,800 for every share they own).

- Record date: 11/12/2012

- Exercise date:

            + first round: on 24/12/2012 with payout ratio: 10% (shareholders will receive VND1,000 for every share they own).

            + second round: on 20/03/2013 with payout ratio: 8% (shareholders will receive VND800 for every share they own)
