BTP: Explanation for late disclosure

Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company explained its late disclosure on its new business registration certificate because the mistake in content of the new business registration certificate on page 02. The company adjusted the wrong contents on page 02, but page 01was unchanged. Therefore, based on the data on the new certificate, the company violated the information disclosure within 24 hours.
