BTP: BTP announces Board Resolution No.930

Based on Board Resolution No.930 of the board meeting which was organized on October 26, 2012, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (BTP) announces the following adjustments in the 2012 business plan:

-         Total electricity production: 571.00 GWh

-         Revenue: VND 979,346 million

-         Expense: VND 908,655 million

-         Profit before tax: VND 70,691 million

-         Profit after tax: VND 53,011 million

-         Dividend rate: 7%.
