CTD: Coteccons signs a contract for Crowne Plaza in Laos

In the first nine months of 2012, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons) gained a revenue of VND3,100 billion, a profit of VND150 billion, and expects to exceed the year’s revenue target of VND4,000 billion.

-         On October 29, 2012, in Ha Noi, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation contract with project investor BIM Corporation  to conduct project “5 Star Crowne Plaza Hotel Vientiane - Laos”. The Crowne Plaza is located in Vientiane, Laos. It includes hotel, offices and apartments built on an area of 20,000 m2.
