CVN: Fined for violation in securities and securities market

On 27/09/2012, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to Vinam JSC as follows:

1. Name of listed company: Vinam JSC
2. Administrative violation of Mr. Pham The Anh – Manager of Vinam JSC: Mr. Pham The An violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market (Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC). Namely, Mr. Pham The Anh was late for reporting result of transaction from 11/04/2012 to 04/05/2012. Hanoi Stock Exchange received the report on 04/06/2012.
3. Fine for this violation: VND40,000,000
4. Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, Mr. Pham The Anh is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.
5. Effective date of this decision: 27/09/2012. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent Mr. Pham The Anh and the Hanoi State Treasury.
