Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company No.21 announces Board Resolution approved on 13/09/2012 as follows:

1.     Result of the stock issue to outstanding shareholders

-          Total number of shares to be issued; 3,340,000 shares

-          Number of shares was registered for purchase and settled: 1,200 shares

-          Number of unsold shares: 3,338,800 shares

2.     Handling unsold shares

-          Number of shares to be offered: 3,338,000 shares

-          Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-          Exercise time: From 13/09/2012 to 12/10/2012
