Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD Corporation) announced the resolution of the Second Meeting of the Board of Directors in September 2012, as follows:
Article 1: Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung, a member of the Board of Directors, as Sales Director of Innovative Technology Development Corporation. Article 2: Approving to change the representatives of Innovative Technology Development Corporation in Quartz Mechanical & Electrical Corporation (QMC):

Article 4: Approving adjustments in the Articles of Association. Article 5: Terminating operations of the bankruptcy board of QEC as of September 27, 2012. Article 6: Members of the Board of Directors, the Senior Management, representatives for ITD Corporation’s capital in QMC and QEC, and relating people have responsibilities for implementing this resolution. Article 7: This resolution shall take effect from September 27, 2012.
