TNT: Tai Nguyen Corp halts stake purchase

On July 30, 2012, the Board of Directors of Tai Nguyen Corporation (stock code: TNT) agreed to invest in Tanphat Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company. However, during the process of stake transfer from this company, Tai Nguyen Corporation found that many problems arose unexpectedly. Therefore, Tai Nguyen Corporation decided to stop purchasing 1,980,000 shares (par value: VND10,000/share) or 55% of charter capital of Tanphat Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment JSC.
