On September 27, 2012, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Một thành viên Thương mại Đầu tư và Phát triển Thời Đại.

-         Name in English: Thoi Dai Development & Investment Trading One Member Ltd Co.,

-         Head office: 72 Le Thanh Ton & 45A Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

-         Charter capital: 6,000,000,000 dongs

-         Ratio of capital contribution: VINGROUP Joint Stock Company will invest 6,000,000,000 dongs or 100% stake in Thoi Dai Development & Investment Trading One Member Ltd Co.,.
