BT6: Board Resolution No.147

Beton 6 Corporation announced Board Resolution No.147 of the board meeting held on September 28, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung from the Board of Directors as of September 28, 2012.

Article 2: At present, the Board of Directors temporarily includes 04 members:

-         Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau: Chairman

-         Mr. Ha Duc Binh

-         Mr. Trinh Thanh Huy

-         Mr. Nguyen Nam Thang.
