In the fiscal year of 2011, Song Da Tay Do Joint Stock Company (subsidiary) signed contract No 01/2012/PLHDVV/VNSI-SOTADO and other contract on 05/01/2012 with VNS enterprise consultancy and investment joint stock company and Mr. Dang Dinh Thang on lending capital in the way of investment corporation method. Borrowing interest rate would be negotiated by other contract after the contracts became mature. The maturity date of the contracts is in 2012 so the Company could not have enough information to record income from loans in the fiscal year of 2011.

 On 20/02/2012, Song Da Tay Do JSC, VNS business consultancy and investment JSC and Mr. Dang Dinh Thang signed  appendix of the contract which defining interest rate. Therefore, Song Da Tay Do JSC recorded all these interest related to 2011 financial year  into its Financial Statement from Jan 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
