Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company announced a resolution of the Board of Directors date October 03, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors decided to choose on October 23, 2012 as record date for the 2010 &2011 stock dividend according to the 2012 Annual General Meeting.

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized to the BOD Chairman to execute necessary procedures.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from October 03, 2012.
