BTT: The record date for bonus shares

HOSE announces the record date for bonus shares of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: BTT                 

-         Ex-right date:   October 19, 2012 

-         Record date:   October 23, 2012 

-         Purpose: to issue bonus shares

-         Exercise ratio: 44:9 (each shareholder who owns 44 old shares will receive 09 new shares)

-         The number of bonus shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded to units. The fraction parts will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000 per share.

For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 50 shares, the calculation will be: (50*9)/44=10.2 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 10 shares and VND2,000 in cash (=0.2 shares x VND10,000)

-         Expected issue volume: 1,800,000 shares

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company – Floor 8, 186-188 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1.
