HPG: Hoa Phat Group increases holding in Yen Phu JSC

On October 08, 2012, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company decided to increase Hoa Phat’s holding in Yen Phu Investment and Minerals Exploitation Joint Stock Company by 10% to 50%.

-         Yen Phu Investment and Minerals Exploitation JSC has a charter capital of VND30 billion.
