KSS: Board Resolution No.129

Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.129 on September 29, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to corporate with Bac A Mineral and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company in order to exploit and process lead, zinc ores at the Ngan Son Lead Zinc Plant Project in Ngan Son, Bac Kan.  

Article 2: Bac A Mineral and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company will contribute VND100 billion, or 50% of total investment in this project. Profits will be divided equally between the two companies.
