FCN: FECON JSC invests in Y Yen High School

In the board meeting on September 26, 2012, the Board of Directors of FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company (FECON JSC) decided to invest VND3.5 billion in Y Yen High School in order to become a controlling member.
