DXG: Board Resolution

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 20, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Luong Tri Thin as Chairman of the BOD and Mr. Ngyen Quang Vinh – Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term from 2012 to 2017.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from August 20, 2012.
