BGM: BGM warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.125/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated August 22, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: BGM) has been warned in the entire stock market as from August 21, 2012.

Reason: The Company often violated the information disclosure regulation at Point 2.1.1 – Item 2 – Section II of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 and Point 3.1, Item 3 – Article 7; Point 1.7, Item 1 – Article 8 and Item 2 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
