ALP: ALP warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.123/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated August 21, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Alphanam Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: ALP) has been warned in the entire stock market as from August 21, 2012.

-         Reason: The Company often violated the information disclosure regulation at Point 1.2 – Item 1 – Section IV and Item 6 – Section IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010; Item 3- Article 10 and Point 1.7, Item 1 – Article 8 of Circular 52/2010/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
