VFG: VFG warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.122/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated August 21, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (stock code: VFG) has been warned in the entire stock market as from August 21, 2012.

-         Reason: The Company often violated the information disclosure regulation at Item 2.1.1 – Section II, Item 1.2 and Item 6 – Section IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010; and Item 3- Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
