VCV: Board Resolution
Vinaconex Transportation JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 13/06/2012 as follows:
- Result of electing Mr. Hoang Xuan Vinh to be Chair of the Board
- Approving job assignment for each member of the BOD
- Plan of operating in 2012 with the remark that the plan of ships selling is not easy, depending on many factors and the procedure is complicated so the operation must remain normal, especially the operation of VINACONEX LINES ship
- Ships deploitation operation: requiring to deploit most effectively
- Other operations like clinke transportation, cement distribution, clinke brokerage require to be boosted.
