On July 13, 2012, Baoviet Holdings has signed an audit contract with Ernst & Young Vietnam Ltd. Therefore, Ernst & Young Vietnam Ltd. will audit semi-annual and annual financial statements of Baoviet Holdings in 2012, 2013, 2014.
