CCI: Decision of extending time for a share offer to public

Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company has announced extension time of license of offering shares to public as follows:

Article 1: Approving extension time of a license of offering shares to public for:

-         Company name: Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company.

-         Short name: Cidico.

-         Head office: Bau Tre 2 Hamlet, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District, HCMC.

-         Business License No. 0302704764 issued by the Planning and Investment Dept. of HCMC city first on August 27, 2002.

-         Charter capital: VND90,000,000,000

Article 2: The License No. 14/GCN-UBCK issued April 18, 2012 was extended by August 16, 2012

Article 3: Cidico has to obey the Law

Article 4: The decision is valid as from July 10, 2012.
