BBC: BBC Announces Court’s Decision

Bibica Corporation (BBC) announced the court’s decision with respect to disputes over capital contract between the company and Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation as follows:

-         Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation has to pay BBC VND9 billion. In case of no appeal, the verdict takes effect after July 15, 2012.
