NVN: NVN liquidates two plots of land

According to the board resolution on July 05, 2012, House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company announced the liquidation, withdrawal and refund at two plots of land:

-         NVN will liquidate the 2,000-square-meter kindergarten of Ms. Truong Minh Lang under Contract No.142/HDDT-TT1 dated April 19, 2008, and refund the contributed capital of VND10 billion, plus an interest amount of VND2.4 billion (6%/year, term: 04 years).

-         NVN will liquidate the 2,300-square-meter shopping mall of Ms. Le Thuy Trang under Contract No.143/HDHT-TT1 dated April 19, 2008, and refund the contributed capital of VND26.45 billion, plus an interest amount of VND6.348 billion (6%/year, term: 04 years). 

-         The payment time will be divided into two phases: Phase 1: The Company will pay the contributed capital on July 27, 2012, Phase 2: The Company will pay the interest amounts on September 04, 2012.
