the existing shareholders.

owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share).

to deal with fractional shares:

distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought
by the company at the price of VND10,000/share.
For example, if
shareholder A owns 12 shares at the record date, he will receive:1.2 shares.
However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 01 new shares and VND2,000 for the fractional
shares. The fractional shares will be bought by the company.
