Kinh Do Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors of Kinh Do Corporation unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment of 2011 at a ratio of 12 percent (equivalent to VND1,200/share). Article 2: Ex-right date: July 25, 2012. Article 3: Payment date: September 20, 2012.
