JVC: Resolution on stock dividend payment

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated July 06, 2012:

Article 1: Executing the plan of issuing shares to pay dividend to the existing shareholders:

-         Exercise ratio: 10:1 The one who owns 10 shares at the record dated June 29, 2012 will receive 1 new shares.

-         Issue volume: expected 3,220,000 shares

-         The fraction parts will be canceled.

-         Issue volume: 3,219,999 shares

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from July 06, 2012.
