HOSE announces the record date for the 2011 dividend payment of Donga Plastic Group Joint Stock Company

- Record date: July 13, 2012
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends of the year 2011 to the existing shareholders.
- Exercise ratio: 10% (the one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
- The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share.
For example, if shareholder A owns 12 shares at the record date, he will receive:1.2 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 01 new shares and VND2,000 for the fractional shares. The fractional shares will be bought by the company.
