-         In quarter 1/2012, BDI index was always down 1,000 point and the first February this index decreased to a record 647 point. Price of freight went down affecting income from transport.

-         Although income in quarter 1/2012decreased about 20% but total expenses was 90.76% of quarter in 1/2011 because input cost rose highly as fuel expense, engine oil, materials….

-         Besides, 04 ships of the company were repaired and plan for 07 ships of the company will be repaired in 2012.
