5. Change in the BOD and Supervisory Board:

- Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc has resigned Deputy Chair of the Board.

- Mr. Le Duy Hiep and Mr. Nguyen Tri Hung have resigned Director position.

- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung has been appointed Representative for Equity of Vietnam National Shipping Lines in place of Mr. Tran Huu Chieu.

- Mr. Le Van Hung has resigned Chief of Supervisory Board.

- Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan has resigned Member of Supervisory Board.
