NTB: Explanation for business result in Q1.2012

Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 1/2012 compared to Quarter 1/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2012:       VND508,547,934

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2011:       (VND4,623,023,136)

-         Difference:                                              VND5,131,571,070

-         Reason: In Quarter 1/2012, Net income was higher than quarter 1/2011, gross profit increased while financial expense and general and administration expenses went down leading profit after tax in quarter 1/2012 was higher than quarter 1/2011.

-         density of cost of goods sold over revenue, interest expenses increased compared to Quarter 3/2010 because input expenses, interest bank, etc leading profit in Quarter 3/2011 loss and decreased compared to Quarter 2/2010.
