PPI: Explanation for business result in Q1.2012

Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 1/2012 compared to Quarter 1/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2012:       (VND1,250,868,380)

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2011:       VND2,529,619,896

-         Difference:                                             (VND3,780,488,276)

Reason:

-         Economic difficulties, material, petrol and labors prices increased affecting products prices, selling expenses and general and administration expenses. Interest rate increase highly leading financial expenses rose.
