SAM: Board resolution

On May 28, 2012, the Board of Directors of SACOM Development and Investment Corporation (SACOM) unanimously agreed to receive compensation and relocation assistance of Sacom 1 in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai when Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone is changed to a Trade Service Center.
