KTT: Explanation for except-for opinion of auditor in the FS year 2011
On 20/04/2012, Thien Truong Power Equipment Investment and Construction JSC explained theexcept-for opinion of auditor in the FS year 2011 on the missing of VND588,327,014 fixed asset depreciation as follows:
- In 2011, due to difficulites of the economy, some constructions were behind the schedule and contractors did not pay for constructions yet. The Company used the low depreciation rate in 2011, which led to the defficiency in the fixed asset depreciation. The Company will allocate the missing in months in 2012.
