Sea & Air Freight International (SAFI) announced the Board of Directors’ resolution dated 28 May 2012:
The Board of Directors organized the first meeting of term 2012-2017 and unanimously approved the following issues:
1. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, a BOD member, as Chairman for 2012-2017.
2. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong, a BOD member, as CEO for 2012-2015.
3. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tran Nguyen Hung, a BOD member, as Deputy CEO, and Mr. Bui Quang Canh as Deputy CEO for 2012-2015.
4. The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, Chief Accountant, as CFO.
5. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Manager of Accounting Department, as Chief Accountant.
6. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dang Tran Phuc, Deputy Director of SAFI Ha Noi, as Director of branch SAFI Ha Noi.
7. Implementing the resolution of shareholders’ meeting dated 19 May 2012, the Board of Directors decided the payment ratio of dividend 2011 would be 15 percent. The estimated record date: 26 June 2012.
