MTGAS Joint Stock Company has established a limited company entirely owned by MTGAS Joint Stock Company:

- Name in Vietnamese: Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên Bình Khí MT

- Name in English: MT CYLINDER Co., Ltd.

- Abbreviation name: MTC Co., Ltd.

- Head office: Lot 1, Thuan Dao, Ben Luc Town, Ben Luc District, Long An Province.

2. Function:

- Producing bottles of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), CNG, NH3, CO2; fire extinguishers.   

- Designing, installing tanks

- Producing and trading in equipment of the petroleum industry, the liquefied petroleum gas industry.

- Trading in machinery, equipment and spare parts.

3. Owner: MTGAS Joint Stock Company

4. Charter capital: VND20 billion.

5. Capital source: 100% invested by MTGAS Joint Stock Company.
