NVT: Board Resolution on Capital Contribution

On June 08, 2012, the Board of Directors of Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company issued a decision on the use of contributed capital in subsidiaries and associated companies as follows:

      Ninh Van Bay will use all its contributed capital in subsidiary Hai Dung Co., Ltd. (Ninh Van Bay holds 90% of VND110-billion charter capital) to ensure obligations of Hai Dung Co., Ltd., as well as mortgage and guarantee transfer or sell forward to Techcombank or a third party nominated by Techcombank. 

      Ninh Van Bay will also use its all stake in associated company Danh Viet Commerce and Service JSC (Ninh Van Bay holds 29.2% of VND35.125-billion charter capital) to mortgage and guarantee transfer or sell forward to Techcombank or a third party nominated by Techcombank.
