D2D: Withdrawal of capital from an associated company – Revised on June 14, 2012

On June 14, 2012, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 announced a withdrawal of capital from an associated company as follows:

      On June 14, 2012, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 completed the capital withdrawal in Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC (the contributed capital of VND4.5 billion – 450,000 shares or 30% of charter capital of Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC).

      Therefore, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 is no longer associated with Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC.
